Notice To Saskatchewan Patients

Dear Patients

It is with very mixed emotions that I am announcing the closure of my practice. I am relocating to Halifax Nova Scotia as of January 1st 2023 to be close to family.  This decision has not been made lightly, as I have thoroughly enjoyed working in Regina.

At this point, a replacement physician has not been hired to take over my practice.

For patients who have been referred but not yet seen, I will attempt to fit them in prior to my departure. New patient consults that I cannot fit in prior to my departure will be directed back to the referral source for re-referral.

For my current patients needing ongoing care or are waiting for surgery, a referral to an appropriate alternate physician will be made through my office. Your new physician’s office will contact the you directly. If you are waiting for surgery, your waitlist position will remain with your new surgeon.

For patients I have previously seen that further follow up is not currently booked or imminently required, your care will be returned to the referring source.

It has been my great pleasure to have provided you with health services, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet many wonderful people throughout my time in Regina.
